Providing professional services for Wisconsin juvenile justice

Frank J. Crisafi Recognition Award

The Board of Directors for the Wisconsin Juvenile Court Intake Association, realizes that those who work in the challenging and, ever demanding system of juvenile court services, often do so with little recognition for the outstanding service they provide to the agencies and communities in which they serve. With this in mind, the Board of Directors has developed a procedure to annually recognize one of many outstanding WJCIA Intake Workers by offering the Frank J. Crisafi Recognition award to recognize all the hard work done by those in this rewarding profession. The award was renamed in 2020 after the passing of Frank J. Crisafi, who trained juvenile justice workers for over 50 years and was a resource and friend to the intake association and Youth Justice Workers.
